Priority One Security’s management staff believes in leadership by example. Priority One’s management team is comprised of professionals with a wide range of experience in law, law enforcement, resident services, and community development in “hard to serve” populations with multiple needs. The entire spectrum of security services is available at Priority One.
Angelo D. Sykes is the President of Priority One Security, Inc., which he co-founded after
having served four years in the United States Army Reserve as a Commissioned Officer and
receiving a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from State University Of West Georgia.
Mr. Sykes served his community as a committed P.O.S.T. Certified Atlanta Police Officer
for seven years, four (4) of which he was an undercover officer. Mr. Sykes is a State
Licensed Security Training Instructor and a State Certified Private Investigator.

Levonder Moore is the Vice President of Priority One Security, which he co-founded after
having served in the United States Marine Corps for six years as a Noncommissioned Officer.
Mr. Moore has an Associates Degree in Applied Science/Criminal Justice from Georgia Military
College and a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from Mercer University. Mr. Moore has continually
served his community as a dedicated P.O.S.T. Certified Police Officer for over fifteen (15) years.
Additionally, Mr. Moore is a State Licensed Security Training Instructor.
